It also has a garage and a communal swimming pool. 

The main building incorporates the communal leisure areas that will serve the development, namely the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, with a large entrance hall that serves as a reception. It also comprises two open suites, with private outdoor spaces, outdoor shower and direct access to the surroundings and two double rooms with a shared bathroom.

Building 2 brings together different types to be enjoyed by guests, namely two 2-bedroom apartments equipped with kitchenette, living and dining room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with access to an outdoor shower. Also in Building 2, there are three open suites, with a living and sleeping area with a fireplace and a private terrace with access to the natural surroundings.

The administrative and technical services Building includes the reception, technical and storage area, with a laundry room. The project images presented are merely illustrative, they are not included in the sale of the plot of land. 

The plot of land has electricity and a borehole with a capacity of 1,800 litres per hour. According to the Municipal Master Plan of Santiago do Cacém, it does not have NER and NAR restrictions.

On 13 January 2020, a public consultation was carried out at the Santiago do Cacém City Council, informing the possibility of building agricultural facilities (index of 0.01), and the construction of a Rural Hotel with a maximum of 6,000 sqm.
