Łęg Tarnowski is a small village located in the Dunajec River valley north of Tarnów. Łęg has a rich infrastructure, which consists of a primary school, a public nursery, a football stadium, an orlik, etc., which, combined with the fact that we are able to reach the center of Tarnów in a dozen or so minutes, makes the village a great place to live for people who want to live outside the city, and at the same time take advantage of the opportunities offered by the proximity of the county town.

It is in Łęg Tarnowskie that the property we offer is located. It consists of three cadastral plots numbered 788/11, 788/6 and 787/14. The total area of the plot is about 10 ares. The previously mentioned kitchen is fully equipped. It consists of an oven, dishwasher or fridge, which, despite their age, are in very good condition. Another noteworthy room is the living room equipped with a fireplace. Parquet floors have been laid on the floor, which is in very good condition. It fits perfectly with the oak stairs leading to the first floor. Your guests will surely appreciate the soothing crackling of wood burning in the fireplace. On the first floor of the house there are three independent rooms, one of which has access to a large balcony located on the south side of the house. The rooms are spacious but not overly large, so keeping them tidy will not be difficult. On this level there is also another dressing room, which allows you to save space for wardrobes in the rooms and a bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle.

A family of 2+2 or more can comfortably live in the house. I rate the condition of the building as good with a plus. It has been insulated with 12 centimeters of polystyrene, has a sheet metal roof, a poured ceiling insulated with 35 cm wool, central heating and plastic, double-glazed windows. You can live in it overnight, but you should take into account increasing the standard by renovating. The main thing to consider is the renovation of bathrooms. Other works are discretionary, such as replacing the wainscoting or renovating the kitchen.

A great advantage of the property is easy access to the nearby infrastructure, which includes, among others, a primary school, a public nursery, a stadium, an orlik, a community center or a delicatessen store. This is a great convenience for families with children, as their children can walk to school in a few minutes, and spend their free time actively at the stadium or orlik. The centre of nearby Tarnów can be reached in a dozen or so minutes, so what cannot be done in Łęg, you can do in Tarnów.
