You can live in it overnight, but you should take into account increasing the standard by renovating. The main thing to consider is the renovation of bathrooms. Other works are discretionary, such as replacing the wainscoting or renovating the kitchen.

A great advantage of the property is easy access to the nearby infrastructure, which includes, among others, a primary school, a public nursery, a stadium, an orlik, a community center or a delicatessen store. This is a great convenience for families with children, as their children can walk to school in a few minutes, and spend their free time actively at the stadium or orlik. The centre of nearby Tarnów can be reached in a dozen or so minutes, so what cannot be done in Łęg, you can do in Tarnów.
