A wooden house with an area of 70m2 (64m2) built of logs (25x25) in 2001, 
It is located against the forest wall, on a large plot of land with an area of 2,859 m2.

The hunting-style house consists of:
The GROUND FLOOR is an open plan, where to the right of the entrance there is a bright kitchen (with a window, acacia wood furniture) with a table and an entrance to a quite spacious bathroom with a toilet (window, shower).
To the left of the entrance there is a living room with a fireplace (heats the whole house) and stairs to the first floor.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms - both double (4 people).

The house, its finishing and the entire yard were made on a grand scale.
The entrance and interior doors, as well as the cabinet doors on the first floor, are richly carved,
On the ground floor there is a stone floor and a wall in which the fireplace is embedded.
Antlers were used for the lighting.
The roof is insulated and covered with ceramic tiles.

On a large and landscaped plot (fruit and ornamental trees) there is a fantastic pond, to which a wooden pier leads, and at its end there is a gazebo (electricity is provided)
with a special depression that makes it easier to get into the water or simply cool the feet.

The property is located against a forest wall, away from the main road, which ensures total privacy.

From Czerniki in 7 minutes we will reach Garczyn, where there is a LARGE LAKE with two bathing areas; 
hillfort and the well-known OSTRICH FARM.
It is 10 minutes to Stara Kiszewa, 14 minutes to Zblewo, 22 minutes to Twardy Dol, 24 minutes to Kościerzyna, 
Starogard Gdański is 30 minutes away and you can get to Gdańsk in 60 minutes.
