Details:- PKP S.A. Real Estate Management Branch in Wrocław presents an offer for the sale of real estate located in Pilchowice, Wleń commune, Lwówek district, Lower Silesia province by way of an open tender. 

The real property consists of the right of perpetual usufruct of the land geodetically marked as plot No. 331/1, AM-3 with the area of 0.0247 ha, Pilchowice precinct together with the ownership right to the buildings erected on it - the closed Pilchowice Zapora railway station (the platform shelter is located on the adjacent plot and is not the subject of sale).
The plot area has a very narrow, irregular, elongated shape (marked in yellow). The plot is located in the Bóbr Valley Landscape Park; the immediate vicinity is a railway line, a residential building and Lake Pilchowickie.

The building was entered into the register of monuments by decision No. A/5884/1-3 of 02.08.2013. In accordance with the post-inspection recommendations of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments, the following should be done:
1) repair the roof truss structure with sheathing, - by 31.05.2024.
2) carry out the renovation of the façade, including the renovation and restoration of the damaged original finishing materials along with the restoration of the original colors – by 31.05.2025.
3) carry out renovation of the door and window joinery installation; In places where openings are currently closed with secondary door leaves, the historical woodwork should be restored, modelled on the preserved elements and available iconographic messages – by 31.05.2025.
4) carry out renovation of all original elements of the station equipment, such as partitions, built-in benches, paneling, floors, etc. – by 31.05.2025.

A request was made to the Conservator of Monuments to extend the deadline for the completion of renovation works.
Before commencing construction works as well as conservation and restoration works, a permit from the provincial conservator of monuments must be obtained, after prior agreement on the construction design

According to the local spatial development plan of the town and commune of Wleń within the administrative borders, the plot is marked with the symbol KK - railway areas, TZ - closed area excluded from the provisions of the plan.
