The rooms have tiled ensuites with good wardrobe storage space. A small kitchenette with fridge & microwave, queen bed, desk, chairs and TV. 



The queen size bed and leather chairs are high end Italian products. Please note, linen and bedding are not provided. 



There is also a second separate toilet for communal use along with shared laundry and full kitchen with granite bench top and top quality white ware.



Situated on the mid to lower section of York Place, a 2 minute walk to George Street, easy walking distance to the university and hospital.
