This property is part of a complex that has 8 units in total and this property is the two storey property in the top right hand part of the complex.  The roadside lawns and gardens are maintained by a contractor at the owner's expense.  Water is included in the weekly rent.

It is in a perfect location in the Regent with only a small walk to the nearby shops.  There are 3 bedrooms and the main bedroom (downstairs) has an ensuite.  The second bathroom and 2 bedrooms are located upstairs along with the lounge.  The kitchen is downstairs.  There is a space for a washing machine, although there is a shared laundry that the other residents use which is operated by tokens and you could have access.  

There is limited parking although there is additional parking in the street.

This property is available towards the end of August. There are no photos available until renovations have been completed.
