A total area of 9.636ha (23.8 acres) of which 6ha is planted in the flagship variety of Sauvignon Blanc with a further 1ha potentially to develop in the future. Buildings consist of a large 19.2m x 9.6m lockup shed with power. Good consistent production. The free-draining fertile silty soils are renowned for producing quality fruit. Can be purchased with or without a fruit supply contract.
