Room rate + $40 expenses per person, per week. 
Expenses cover unlimited wifi, power and cleaning of the communal areas + rubbish removal. 

We take a 3 x week bond, and a week in advance (including expenses) as move in costs. 

We have a client number via MSD and are happy to assess applicants who are on a benefit.
