Stage 6 is the final residential stage within Ravenswood, which follows the green belt of the Taranaki Stream and Chinnerys Road. Sections are available in 6A now and titles for these sections are expected in June 2024. With five of the six stages already built on or sold there will be over 1,500 homes here once completed.
