The Olivine Boarding Houses is a complex of four houses ranging from three to six bedrooms per boarding house. 

This listing is for ONE room within one of the three available houses, depending on which house has a vacancy at the time of application, as this listing is always online. Within the houses you will share communal living and bathrooms. Each bedroom has a lock and comes with a single or double bed depending on the size of the room and a study desk. The house is fully furnished with all kitchenware and a washing machine. There is a TV and sky for tenants to share. Power, water, internet, and a cleaner that comes once a week, are all included in the rent.

Single room $190, Medium room $200, Largest room $220, and couples $245. (Availability of room sizes will vary depending on vacancies).

Located close to the Toi Ohomai & Waikato University Windermere Campus (You don't need to be a student). Long-term accommodation available.
