Located in the traditionally summer safe district of Tutira, 49km north of Napier, the property in recent years has been run as a dairy farm.  The easterly facing property is 364.9 hectares in total made up of two adjoining blocks with separate titles, reticulated water systems and dwellings.

The current owners have set the property up to pump based on regular fertiliser application underpinning solid soil fertility, a large scale re-grassing/ crop programme with 95.8 hectares sown in autumn and capital improvements in water systems.
