House has a composting toilet which will require the tenant to manage and empty, which isn't hard.

Plumbing for a washing machine and limited shed space is in the enclosed shed behind the flat.

Property has small numbers of stock animals and poultry, plus cats.  Pets are by negotiation but a dog must be completely stock and cat proof, and quiet.

No cell reception but wifi is excellent so wifi calling works well.
