This multi-room multi-level property is open to groups looking to live together, without hassle of shared contracts or arguing about who cleans the shower. 

We have up to 7 individual rooms on the same floor of our previous back packers, with communal bathrooms and kitchens - all cleaned and maintained by our inhouse team. 

You would be responsible for your room, and should your situation change, you simply give us 48 hours notice. The hassle of finding a replacement tenant your friends will like is gone and the flexibility to change towns and settings is yours, without upsetting other people's finances.

Great outdoor area for summer gatherings and its under cover for winter. 

Power, unlimited wi-fi, hot water, communal cleaning and rubbish removal are all charged at $40 per person per week, on top of your room rate - so if your roommate moves out, your costs reduce. 

Beds and Fridges available for $5 per week per item.
