Seldom do we get such a large orchard canvas with great location and soils.  The block consists of one title totalling 25.9507 hectares (subject to survey).  A fully certified multi variety orchard.  Bellingham carries Global Gap Certification for export purposes and the orchard is made up of apples, plums and pears.

A water consent is in place to allow for the irrigation of 22 hectares of trees.  This is pending review.  Large areas of the block are tile drained with a pumping resource consent in place as is a consent for RSE accommodation provided on the block for up to 16 RSE workers.

Two wind machines for frost protection, a shade house for bins, pump and spray shed plus a 8x12 metre work shed complete the working aspect of the orchard.

Access is available off Railway Road and Longlands Road with the main access point off Longlands giving a long driveway to access the middle of the block.
