The main communal kitchen and living area are for shared use and have quality furniture and appliances. There is also a shared laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Within short walking distance to Waikato Hospital, Hamilton Lake, and CBD and only a short drive to access the Waikato Expressway.

Power and internet are included in the weekly rent. 
Single occupancy only. 

*There may be the option to include a garaged car park for an extra $15.00 per week or $25.00 per week if EV charging is required (standard outlet only). Please ask for availability.
