The tree crop is entirely Pinus Radiata with age class’s ranging from 2015 up to 2023 and established at 800 SPH. The forest is classified as a pre-1990 forest so no carbon opportunity exists and will need to remain in forest going forward. The forest's extensive first rotation roading infrastructure ensures seamless access throughout. Entry points from the public Hawken Road and directly off State Highway 4 offer both convenience and access security.
