Included in your weekly rent is Water, Power, Heating and Wi-Fi. 

On the ground floor choose from a selection of Media Rooms or Study Rooms, a Games Room, a modern Living Room, Large kitchen, and Laundry area.

Outside there are Gardens, a BBQ/Lawn area, Gazebo (smoking area) 

This multi-level building comes with all the extras you'd expect including CCTV surveillance 24-hour reception and security presence to ensure a safe environment for the residents.
