The wide covered balcony is the perfect spot to relax or enjoy the stunning views, whether it’s sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine. This outdoor space on the balconies adds a wonderful dimension to the apartment, providing an excellent area for entertaining guests or simply enjoying the fresh air.

Having no direct neighbours either side or above provides us with privacy from all sides.

The bedrooms are generously sized, each with a deck and large sliders allowing plenty of natural light. Both offer stunning views of the reserve and ocean, creating a serene and peaceful retreat. The bathrooms are modern, with sleek fixtures and plenty of storage space. Having a separate laundry is really convenient.

TWO secure basement carparks with direct entry to the lobby was a key purchase criterion for us. Two storage lockers are a bonus.
