Living at 1 Collina Terrace is like living with housemates, but without the drama.



We have a lovely community of long-term tenants, mostly working professionals, making a home for themselves in the city and making friends at the same time. 



After your initial 28 day stay, you are free to give 48 hours' notice if you need to move on, without the worry of your friends being able to afford the rent. We do prefer longer term tenants though and hope you will decide to stay longer. 



We currently have 1 Large bedroom available in the house. This would suit a couple or single person. The house has 3 bathrooms which tenants share, and these are cleaned 3 times a week by the landlord's cleaner, who ensures the common areas are kept nice and fresh.



 There is a communal kitchen and dining room to relax in after work, and catch up with fellow tenants, or you can politely retire to your room and enjoy some peace and quiet after a hard day.
