The building was thoroughly restored between 1990 and 1995, which included renewing all the roofing. The building was occupied by the pastors of the Lutheran Church until 1920. After the sale by the Lutheran Church in 1920 the house was occupied by 3 ophthalmologists and since 1986 by an architect that used the house as a home office as well.
