This project is a collection of 5 habitable units designed to serve as a place of rest in the southern region of the country, La Veleta in Tulum, Quintana Roo.The way these villas are situated and set back responds to the terrain, influenced by the wild energy of the site, the preservation of trees, and the soothing sound of the wind with birdsa genius loci.A clear sequence and reading of each villa type follow the logic of planting, a strategy of repetition as a constant rhythm and pulse for harmony in the emerging neighborhood, amplifying the power of the assembled complex. The program for each villa comprises 320m2 of built space and 485m2 of surface area for each unit type, accommodating 4 bedrooms with full bathrooms in a private area and a social area with services at the entrance. A spatial scheme akin to a train carriage, self-contained and floating alongside other 'carriages' or villa types in harmony, form the composition axes of the ensemble, ensuring efficiency in modular construction, cross-ventilation, independence, and enhanced comfort for habitation.
