$400 PER NIGHT + ONE TIME CLEANING AND SET UP FEE.Walk right out the door and onto the beach! This beautiful beachfront home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, fully equipped for a fabulous vacation right on the beach. It features a spacious great room with a grand fireplace. The home can sleep up to 6 people.Pantry Items include pots, pans, cutting boards, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. There are dishes & utensils, and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen, all completely supplied. Linens and bedding are provided, and towels are provided for showers, but you need to bring your own beach towels.Please bring cooking spices and any special cooking items you might need, as well as paper plates, paper towels. House rules: No fireworks are allowed in Las Conchas, nor are ATVs, etc.Check-in time is 4:00 PM, but check with us the day before you arrive to see if you can check in earlier. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and if we have a turnaround the same day, please check with us.The rate is $400 on regular nights and $450 on holidays, with gated parking.
