It was built around what was a colonial style house of the nineteenth century, with the typical central courtyard surrounded by wide corridors and gardens.
It began operating in 1979 with twelve rooms and, after several stages of expansion and remodeling, currently has 50 rooms.

It is distinguished by its spacious corridors, and colorful gardens and a rustic and cozy atmosphere.
It has a traditional restaurant specializing in regional food, as well as various rooms for events. It currently has a 4-star category and certifications such as the Moderniza Distinctive and Clean Point, granted by the Ministry of Tourism for our high quality standards and impeccable services and facilities, as well as agreements with several national and international tourism operating agencies, which seek an influx of tourists at different times of the year.
