Emergency Backup Generator In case of power outages, a generator will provide power for all ventilation, refrigerators, lighting, and apartment controls. It will also power community logistics, such as water pumps and lighting. Air Conditioning: Cooling That Doesn't Cost the Earth Mini Chiller The Mini Chiller is a central air conditioning system, mainly used in high-end hotels. This system offers enormous advantages over conventional systems. Up to 25% Less Energy Consumption: Its energy consumption is up to 25% lower, resulting in lower energy bills and less environmental impact. No Visible AC Units: All air conditioning units are subtly located in the ceiling. There are no white air conditioning boxes on the wall or ceiling. No Use of Toxic Gases: While normal air conditioners use toxic Freon gas as a refrigerant, the Mini Chiller uses cold water. Much more environmentally friendly! Recycling: Closing the Loop Composting All organic waste from the apartments and the restaurant will be treated in a closed composting system. The end products, compost, and gas can be used in the garden, urban farm, and restaurant. Urban Farm On top of the lobby, we have created an urban farm where we can grow herbs, spices, and smaller vegetables for the restaurant. Spaces Reserved for Waste Separation La Reserva has spaces designated for the collection and separation of waste generated by the apartments and restaurants, so they can be municipally recycled.
