The House is very easy to access when you come from Mexico, it is house 6 and is located steps from the Avndaro roundabout on Fontana Brava street. The Condominium is quiet with 7 houses of which 2 families live there frequently and the others come and go. The house is distributed over 2 floors plus a small garden on another floor below which takes you along a path parallel to the river and with lots of vegetation with which you reach the common pool and jacuzzi that is next to house 3. When you enter the house you go down a few steps and you reach the living room with a fireplace and a green view, on the other side is the kitchen with the dining room and in front a large terrace to have your afternoon coffee with good sunshine there. To go through the rooms you go up a step and you have the room on the ground floor with its own bathroom plus the guest bathroom, then you go up to the second floor and there is a room on each side of the stairs each with its own terrace, closet and bathroom. Exiting the house and turning to one side is the laundry room that can also be used as a utility room but with a somewhat narrow space.
