Casa de Las Iguanas Bailandos is a beautiful house, designed by the Canadian owners, on a gorgeous jungle lot in the gated community of Rancho Santa Teresita, and youre only 10 minutes to the nicest beach in the Riviera Maya, Xpu Ha! You really cant get more central to the Riviera Maya than this, youre close to Playa del Carmen (20 minutes north), Tulum (20 minutes south), Akumal (12 minutes away) and Puerto Aventuras with its Chedraui (less than 10 minutes) for all your groceries and cold, liquid refreshment needs. Each town has its own highlights and reasons to visit, of course including shops and restaurants.
