Casa Jaguar was completed in the Fall of 2018 and has been occupied ever since only by the owners. She has been in interior design for 35 years in New York and Los Angeles. The living room sofa and office credenza are two of her designs made to her specs by Casona Furniture in Playa del Carmen.The house comes fully furnished with rugs, a dining room table and chairs, barstools, a contemporary Italian crystal chandelier silverware, pots, and pans, and many kitchen appliances, and includes many of the upgrades installed by the owners, including twenty solar panels, a tiled rooftop deck, a custom wood wine rack, a large country kitchen sink and garbage disposal, a whole house surge protector, whole house water softener, a new Samsung refrigerator, a 65 LG Smart TV, Sonos sound system ad much more.The thing about life here that has surprised us is the real and lifelong friendships we have made with many of our neighbors. Most owners live here year-round and so we have come to know them, Tulum, and the way things get done here in Mexico together: as friends and neighbors.
