RDR11020 The house is developed on two levels, on the street level we have on the left side the covered parking with a polycarbonate roof and on the right side we go down a level and we have the main entrance to the house. We enter and we find the hallway and then the dining room, the equipped kitchen with space for the breakfast area, the laundry room and a study or a third bedroom as it has a closet. We go down three steps and then we have the living room and the half bathroom for guests. Going up the stairs we reach the second level where we find the two bedrooms with their closets, the master bedroom has its own bathroom, we have a second full bathroom for the secondary bedroom that has access to the parking lot.
