The new Lessee will provide his/her own locking device/padlock for the individual unit. The roller shutter door is situated so that a motor vehicle can back in or out to load or unload storage items. The unit is shelved so that it is very practical to store documents, equipment, hair products, perfumes, makeup, wigs etc. The unit is easy to organize storage items because of the shelves already installed.
