It is elevated approximately 40 to 60 metres above sea level and has a commanding view of the Dry Harbour and surrounding areas. The boundaries to the site are clearly demarcated and enclosed with chain link fencing throughout except for the front or western boundary which is enclosed with cut stone. The site is protected by two double swing iron gates which leads to a paved driveway. Lawn areas are established, and the site is landscaped and planted with fruit and ornamental trees.
