The site is commences at road grade but gently descends towards its mid section after which it ascends gently towards the rear. The surface is covered in light to thick natural vegetation but appears to be fairly level at the rear. The road frontage is unfenced, and the southern boundary is enclosed by stone wall. The remaining boundaries north and west are partially enclosed by barded wire on the wooden post generally in poor condition.
