A relatively compact yet productive mixed arable/livestock farm with a farmhouse and a greenhouse. A further plot on the hillside lends itself to farming or residential development. The farm benefits from shipping containers serving as housing and storage. A concrete cistern in-ground with a capacity of over 33, 000 gallons of water that is pumped from the nearby pond.
