Description
The splendid farmhouse is located on a hill with the profile of Volterra in the distance, has an area of about 250 square meters and is spread over staggered levels like the sinuous course of the land. The entrance to the house is through the porch, a large French window leads into the living room with fireplace, next to it there is the large kitchen, and a double bedroom with bathroom a few steps lead to the master sleeping area, with a first bathroom with shower, and beyond the double bedroom with a large panoramic window, with private bathroom. A few steps from the living room lead to the part of the house that is partially semi-underground, here there is the large cellar / wine room with brick vaulted ceiling, a large multipurpose room and the cellar itself, the laundry room and a room / study with bathroom with shower which can also be accessed directly from the outside.
Outdoor
The land measures about 1.5 hectares, the part closest to the house is kept as a garden with bushes of flowering plants and medicinal plants that give visual and olfactory emotions, 70 olive trees from which the fragrant Tuscan oil is obtained, and a piece of forest that marks the natural boundary of the property, all fenced. Just beyond the entrance gate a canopy can accommodate two cars, while in the initial courtyard it is possible to park other cars. The entrance porch is a natural continuation of the house, equipped with bbq, wood-burning oven, it becomes the heart of the property thanks to its position towards the garden. Another shed further away from the house houses the garden equipment and wood. In the flat space located on the side of the house it is possible to build the swimming pool.

Location
The Volterra countryside with wheat fields and cypresses, Volterra a few kilometers away and a short distance from the typical village shops. The road of a couple of kilometers, access to the small village where the farmhouse is located, is unpaved, but well maintained. You are then rewarded with a fairytale location and house.
