Wonderful stone farmhouse of 550 sqm. With swimming pool, immersed in its private garden of about one hectare set in one of the greenest and most fascinating postcard valleys of the Tuscan countryside. The magical atmosphere that surrounds us is characterized in autumn by warm patches of color that leave, in spring, to a luxuriant nature with intense scents. The farmhouse is located on a small promontory that allows a 360-degree view, particularly fascinating and beautiful. 
Location
The property is just a few kilometers from the historic city of Volterra, whose Etruscan and then Roman origins are still visible in a beautiful archaeological site and in the collections of the Guarnacci museum.
Another easily accessible town is the city of San Gimignano, known above all for the two towers, symbols of a still tangible history in the unchanged medieval center, also famous for its cuisine and wine, the typical Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
About an hour's drive away are the cities of Siena, Florence and Pisa, priceless cradles of Italian culture and art.
Also in a short time it is possible to reach the seaside resorts of the Tyrrhenian coast, among the most important are Livorno and Viareggio, the pearl of Versilia.
The strategic location allows you to visit many of the places in Tuscany. With about two minutes it is easy to reach the Chianti areas, the cities of Lucca and Arezzo, Massa Carrara and Lunigiana and many other smaller towns but of great historical importance and incomparable beauty.
Description
You reach the old farmhouse of 550 square meters. Expertly restored along a secondary road of about 4 kilometers, excellently beaten and maintained, which gives us scenery of indescribable beauty. The gaze is lost among the rolling hills, olive trees, cypresses, we are immersed in the most typical Tuscan countryside.
The two independent entrances, both driveways, open the doors to the lovingly preserved and fully fenced property.
The entire structure has been redesigned to house seven comfortable apartments, each with its own entrance and private outdoor space.
On the ground floor there are five apartments, two of which are on two levels consisting of two or a double bedroom, the living area with kitchenette or with the semi-habitable kitchen. On the first floor, connected to the last attic, there are two apartments, one with a double bedroom, the other with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The internal distribution can easily be varied, merging several apartments to create larger and more spacious ones.
Condition and finishes 
The renovation has been done in a careful and conservative way, all the stones used are native and the visual as well as structural result is really surprisingly beautiful. The windows are embellished with iron inserts which, in addition to giving greater security, create plays of depth that give harmony to the entire farmhouse. The terracotta ceilings interspersed with warm wooden beams, the classic reddish floors make the rooms very welcoming and comfortable.
Outdoor
The farmhouse is surrounded by one hectare of completely fenced land where fruit trees and flowers with an intense color and scent have been expertly planted.
Each apartment enjoys its own private and exclusive space furnished with an illuminated gazebo, an oven to bake delicious delicacies, a cozy table and seating. On the hottest summer days we can dive into the large panoramic swimming pool and then relax in the sun in the large outdoor relaxation area.
For our guests it is possible to park in the large covered space intended for cars.
