NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION OF COMPANY ASSETS DIVESTMENT PUBLIC BODY LOT ANBSC-BR001 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 29/11/2024 at 9:30 a.m., at the headquarters of the Notary Auctioneer, Giulio Majo, in via Giambattista Vico n. 40 Rome (RM), email address the sale by auction of the following industrial complex located in Fasano viale Stazione will be celebrated: SINGLE LOT: full ownership of an industrial complex extending a total of sqm. 6, 999.30, consisting of: - several buildings (mainly) made with a reinforced concrete load-bearing structure on one or more floors f.t. and partially with a metal structure, within which the industrial activities of the refining production cycle (refineries, neutralizers) and the related services (administrative and handling offices, laboratories, warehouses) are located as well as artifacts intended to accommodate the ancillary systems of the production process (boiler rooms, water softening system, boilers, cooling tanks, etc.) and related equipment; - uncovered and covered tank fleet (total capacity of the site approx. 950, 000 hl); -Tanks; - electrical transformation substation; - square, a large courtyard used as a maneuvering space and as a parking covered by a metal structure (obtained in the south/east area of the industrial area).
