Luras, a building dating back to 1886, at the time an elegant building, located in the historic centre a few steps from the Town Hall.<br /><br />Entirely built in exposed granite corners and spread over 3 levels: on the ground floor, enriched by barrel vaults, we find two rooms that overlook the main street, from which they have access to a cellar room with granite arches, a garage and a small courtyard with a toilet. On the first floor four large rooms, two overlooking Via Regina Margherita with two balconies and the others on Via Carlo Alberto.<br /><br />Upstairs is an entirely rustic attic with the same rooms as the lower floor. The maximum height of the loft is 3 meters and the minimum is about 1.50 meters. The roof underwent maintenance dating back to about 10 years ago and retains the structure in juniper beams and joists. A large granite stairwell with a wrought iron railing makes the connection between the various floors possible.
