Today we begin the visit to this beautiful apartment in the center of Scicli starting from the solar paving from which you can enjoy the city from above and sunbathe you in the privacy of your new home. A laundry room on the high floor, next to the panoramic terrace we have just visited, it allows you to easily extend the laundry outside and at the same time have a structured space convenient for washing and keeping the dirty laundry or seasonal changes. We go down to the second of the three floors of this building to visit the apartment which is about 100 square meters commercial, therefore suitable both as a holiday home or for living all year round or even to make income. From a cozy entrance that clearly divides the living area from that night, we go to visit the living area a single large environment of over 30 square meters, to which are connected the kitchen and a practical storage room, which overlooks the balcony where the boiler is located.
