PUGLIA - PUTIGNANO (BA) - Via Per Conversano Putignano is a town in the province of Bari and is located in a hilly position in the Murgia of trulli and caves, at an altitude of 372 meters above sea level, known for the Carnival, a town festival which takes place annually and is recognized as the oldest 'Europe. With its ancient origins, Putignano rises, with its welcoming town, in the trilateral area between the territory of the Itria Valley with Alberobello, Locorotondo and Martina Franca, the metropolitan city of Bari, regional capital, and the well-known seaside resorts of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare on the Adriatic coast. Near this town we propose the sale of two groups of trulli located on a plot of approximately 14, 000 m2. completely fenced and with double entrance, between the SP 101 and the railway. The possibility of expansion is admissible according to the volumetric indices of the area with typological and building characteristics in line with the architecture of the pre-existing one and conditioned on the consolidation, recovery and conservative restoration of the trulli, for which currently, with the recent CC resolution of 12 /2022 of Adoption Variant to the PRG, the request for approval from the Superintendence of Environmental, Architectural, Artistic and Historical Heritage of Puglia was excluded. Based on current municipal planning regulations, there is the possibility of building a villa, of approximately 80 square metres, equipped with a swimming pool.
