The apartment that we propose is located in Saba Pisano, a medieval village in the municipality of Castelnuovo Val di Cecina, declaring its origins around 1200, the apartment is part of the Palace (Castle), 1200 's, too. Sasso Pisano is geothermal area and its characteristic are natural events (putizze, shower heads), with thermal blankets pools open to the public, as well as being surrounded by chestnut trees which provide a cool climate in summer and a fairytale snowy landscape in winter. In the village there are some structures to spend time outdoors: a tennis court, bio-hot-water lakes, pitches for yoga. Despite being a small village, there are the most essential services: Pharmacy, post office, tobacco shop, bar, restaurant, grocery stores and a bazaar. The apartment is composed as follows first floor: living room with small lounge in front and fireplace with wood-fired oven, dining area, open kitchen, storeroom, bathroom with bathroom, study room and lounge which leads to a terrace of about 25 sqm. room with panoramic view. Basement floor: three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The plan is only a basement side then, however bright window with panoramic views. There is a second entrance from the outside. There is also a garage of approx. 20sqm. One peculiarity is that the hot water and heating the apartment, works with the geothermal energy by keeping the cost of very low conconsumo. The House was remodelled in detail to provide a comfortable environment while maintaining its historical features. It is situated on two levels and underlying floor rooms were refurbished starting from used as stables. An element which certainly makes it particularly fascinating these environments is the presence of rock, on which was built this structure, which emerges in various environments. A part of the walls was used as outer space from where you can enjoy a splendid view over the Valley and where you can both eat and sunbathe, when positioned at a distance from prying eyes .
