Estate with large land on the Piacentini hills - Vigoleno (PC) Vigoleno is a fraction of the municipality of Vernasca, where the castle of the same name stands. The complex, located between the provinces of Parma and Piacenza, looks like a small group of houses nestled in the peace of the woods, and overlooks the hills with breathtaking sunsets. It consists of a main body in stone from the early 1900s, completely renovated with a recovery intervention that respects the original layout. The characterizing aspects have been maintained with the wooden beams and joists and the original tavelloni as the floor on the upper floor, while the ground floor has been equipped with a theme floor, but easily washable. It has been equipped with bathrooms with mosaic tiles, the doors are in oak, as are the windows, with double chamber glass. The shutters, traditionally green, are however made of steel. The three-storey house, recently built, measures approximately 250 m2 and has a double entrance, a large living room of 60 m2 and shows the floors below in masonry while the upper floor in wood. It is quite large and comfortable, directly overlooking the orchard. There is also a large rustic, registered as a collabent, therefore restructurable. The land has a total area of about 13 hectares and includes part of an agricultural field, an orchard and shady and silent woods. Many species of animals live in the property's wood: roe deer, badgers, squirrels, the most varied birds, hares, hedgehogs, porcupines and numerous other species.
