Trentino Sport Hotel is adjacent to two soccer fields and a brand new athletic track, ideal for summer retreats.
The hotel is located in a small hamlet 20 minutes by car from the centre of Trento (20 km), surrounded by meadows and forests, in an ideal location for Nordic walking and mountain biking excursions.

Easily accessible by a convenient paved road, it is located in a very quiet area. Once you reach your destination, the noise of traffic is a distant memory.

The nearest town for all your daily errands is just 3 km away (just 5 minutes by car).

As you leave the hotel by car, in about 40 minutes you will reach Bolzano (50 km), the lakes of Caldonazzo and Levico (35 km), and Paganella (also 35 km away, with its renowned ski area and MTB-bike park); Riva del Garda (73 km) and Lake Garda are both about an hour away.

Verona Villafranca Airport (110 km) and Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport (225 km) are the closest: reachable in 1 hour and 10 minutes and 2 and a half hours, respectively. They offer connections to all of Europe.

Description of buildings
Trentino Sport Hotel was built in the early 2000s and has a net saleable area of about 2,093 square metres on four levels, all connected by elevator, plus balconies and a terrace.
The hotel has 26 rooms (with a total of 52 beds plus extra space for additional beds), a bar, restaurant, wellness area with indoor swimming pool, and courtyard with garden and carpark, as detailed below.

Ground floor - net saleable area of a total of 657 sq.m.:
- area dedicated to reception and common areas, net saleable area of 448 sq. M., with reception, office, lounge area, bar, restaurant/pizzeria open to the public, and professional kitchen with attached service rooms;
- indoor swimming pool area, approximately 209 sq. M., connected to and accessible from the wellness area on the lower floor.

First and second floors - 328 sq. M. Net saleable area on each floor (656 sq. M. Total):
- 13 en-suite rooms on each floor (a total of 26 rooms), all with access to a balcony or terrace.

Semi-underground floor - 780 sq.m. Net saleable area:
- dedicated wellness area with large relaxation room, sauna, steam room, massage rooms, solarium, locker rooms and staircase to the pool on the upper floor;
- room for small meetings;

The structure is in good condition. It is a complete reconstruction of an old hotel.
The interiors and the materials that were used reflect the local tradition, where wood is the main theme. Wood is used in harmony with a variety of materials, combined with custom-made furniture, so as to give the entire structure a warm and welcoming ambiance.
