In this sestiere is the Ghetto di Venezia, which can be reached by crossing the Ponte delle Guglie bridge and walking along the Strada Nova, the main artery of the whole, leading from Santa Lucia station to Rialto. As soon as you enter the main door and begin to walk down the neatly renovated communal stairs, you breathe in a Venetian atmosphere that is amplified once you enter the two-storey flat, which has a beautiful Venetian terrazzo floor throughout.<br />From the large entrance hall with high ceiling, which we will find throughout the house, you enter a cosy living room with comfortable sofas where you can spend your free time alone with a book, a drink or in the company of friends.<br />Next door, but well secluded, is a first double bedroom of generous size and with two large windows from which you can see a spectacular view of the wide, open Venetian panorama.<br />The second bedroom, with a double bed and a similar size to the previous one, is located to the side of the first, therefore with the same fantastic view from both windows.<br />All this makes the sleeping area a special place, characterised also by the quietness that pervades the area where the apartment is located.<br />Returning to the living room there is a staircase from which one reaches the second floor and here begins a crescendo of spectacularity: one enters a magnificent and spacious dining room with grandiose exposed trusses, a brick wall gives the room a magical atmosphere.<br />In the dining room and kitchenette there are numerous windows that give the rooms plenty of light and a unique view.<br />The marvel of this precious flat is the ‘altana’ which can be accessed from the dining room by climbing a short staircase, ample space, there are no words to express the breathtaking view from here. Venice, the lagoon and even the mountains can be seen in the distance.<br />This is a house that once you see it stays in your heart, it can be lived in by residents or as a second home, it is a magical place, a real jewel set in Magnifica Venezia.
