Location: San Marco, Venice<br />San Marco is the heart of the city of Venice, the best-known and most prestigious district, from every point you are within walking distance of both Piazza San Marco and the Teatro della Fenice. This area is also very well served by all the Vaporetto lines, and by the gondola ferry, it is also possible to reach any corner of Venice in less than ten minutes.<br />The apartment is located in the heart of Venice, close to Piazza San Marco and a 5-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge. You can enjoy all the services of the city center: proximity to public transport, all kinds of shops, museums (Palazzo Ducale, Basilica of San Marco, Correr Museum, Arsenale, Biennale, just to mention the closest).<br /><br />In the heart of Venice, near Campo de la Guerra, a doorway invites us to enter and climb to the third floor. There is no lift, but the stairs are easily navigable. We enter the code and the automatic door opens in front of us, revealing the bright living room with parquet, beams and exposed brickwork. The sofa and chandeliers compete with each other in a design contest. From the living room we soon reach the open-plan kitchen with an open view over the rooftops of Venice. Induction hobs and modern appliances promise interesting meals, combined with the attention to detail in the choice of wall units. From the living room we head left into the sleeping area: a first small bedroom opens at the beginning of the corridor, small and pretty, perfect for hosting a friend, relative or nanny. We continue mirrored in the long corridor, to the right the first modern bathroom with soft tones that dialogue with each other. A step separates us from the other two rooms, to the left a huge fort with bunk beds, exposed beams and wraparound lighting introduces us to the children's room, with four single beds and plenty of space. Continuing straight on, we reach the master bedroom, an undisputed synthesis of mirrors and designer furnishings and lighting, between glass and iron.
