Project for the transformation of the current 4-star Superior charming Resort into a nursing home, a health village with apartments and outpatient clinics that will maintain its elegance and elegance as well as its high level of services. 
Description 
The project idea is to create the development of a health, assistance and reception village, a residential structure that is a place for the elderly to live. The project requires a considerable renovation, the proposal (total area of the building complex, currently a hotel, is 9,824 square meters) provides for the construction of two authorized RSAs for 80 beds each, for a total of 160 places and totally independent of each other, 12 protected apartments of about 50-80 square meters each for the elderly and disabled, each with private garden or terrace and access to the park. In addition, the construction of a ward to ensure the isolation of any infected people in addition to the medical-polyclinic center of about 700 square meters with entrance and reception, surfaces intended for rehabilitation or other medical health activities. The strengths of the project are the luxury structure of the 4-star hotel type and not 'hospital', large hotel quality rooms, polyclinic, sampling point, specialist examinations on site, excellent hospitality and services for family members as well as the offer of a common service kitchen, a bar and restaurant service of commercial level. 
Outdoor 
The residence has 13 hectares of surrounding land and parking for 200 cars as well as an indoor and heated swimming pool and an outdoor pool. The location is very quiet, a unique naturalistic setting with a view of Florence and immersed in the sunny Florentine countryside, which also includes the construction of sports infrastructures. The connection with the city will be guaranteed by shuttle. 
State and finishes 
The current building dates back to the mid-90s, rationally designed and in an excellent state of preservation. The business idea is to maintain the typical setting and finishes of an existing 4-star hotel to have extremely modern RSAs of Central European conception, a hotel structure with superior category services and not hospital-type. Each RSA will be autonomous, complete with all the functions required by law, with an entrance with a different house number, reception, lifts, stretcher lifts, internal and emergency stairs in accordance with the law.

A new way of conceiving health facilities for the elderly, a project of life and personalized care with the aim of improving their psychological well-being and quality of life. Possibility to purchase the charming Resort in its current state before the start of the renovation works in October 2023.
