This time we went too far, we have to admit.
Oh yes, because the beauty and uniqueness of this villa made us speechless, and we couldn't help but fall in love with it immediately!

We are on the hills of the Marche region on the border with Romagna, a land of engines but also of excellent food, and the villa we are talking about is located precisely in the locality of Miniera, precisely because not far away at the time there was a real mine.

The house is imposing, isolated but not too much, with lots of land around and breathtaking views of our Apennines.

Garden that goes around with swimming pool and three garages that you can use, and then enter the house and be dazzled by the huge spaces that we find, spaces that lead us to have 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and even 5 fireplaces (one of which is outside on the panoramic terrace). 

Despite the numerous fireplaces, we still have traditional heating with radiators powered by the gas cylinder, as well as air conditioning, central vacuum and mosquito nets everywhere.

Another feature is having a bedroom and a bathroom with an independent entrance separate from the main building, so that guests can be had and leave them privacy.
