This exceptional Italian property is special in many ways. The house was designed by Bruno Rubeo and Mayes Rubeo, a film set designer and a costume designer known from numerous Hollywood productions. Mayes is Mexican, and this culture also has a special influence on the design and combines with Bruno's Italian origins.The result is a symbiosis of well thought-out functionality, many artistic elements and the use of high-quality materials. From the main entrance, a hallway leads to a second bedroom, also with en-suite bathroom and access to the courtyard, and on to the living room with wood-burning stove and access to a covered panoramic terrace with fireplace and pizza oven. Also off the living room is the home cinema, the dining room (also with access to the garden) and the fully equipped kitchen.A glass and steel staircase leads to the upper floor. On one side is a first bedroom with en-suite bathroom (currently used as study), opposite is a second bedroom (also used as study). Both rooms have a gallery. After this area, one enters the master bedroom area. This is divided into an anteroom and a large bathroom through which one enters the bedroom. Opposite is a walk-in wardrobe. Continuing on, there is a small living room with a reading nook and access to its private terrace and a desk area with a picture window. On the lower level there is a living room with kitchenette, on the upper level a bedroom and a bathroom. The courtyard leads to the garden area and the pool. Of course, there is also a separate vegetable garden and a pavilion that serves as a shelter for the lemon trees and other plants in winter.
