In the beautiful natural context that surrounds Treia Treia, a very  characteristic medieval  town in the province of Macerata, this very old prestigious stone farmhouse with annex and garden is offered for sale.

The property, which is only five minutes from the city center, can be reached via a convenient municipal road.

The ancient stone building stands in the center of its garden surrounded by splendid centuries-old tall trees, cypresses, holm oaks, olive trees and centuries-old oaks, in a private but not isolated position with a beautiful open view of the surrounding countryside and southern exposure. A part of the garden has been cultivated with the planting of young olive trees and fruit trees.

The farmhouse is a rare example of rural architecture for use by a wealthy family or the clergy. Its location, the severe and powerful structure, the pavilion roof and the plaque placed above the main entrance suggest that it was once at the center of a larger and richer productive farm. Another sign is the presence of an impotent stone mill on the ground floor as well as some decorations that have survived the time present in some rooms inside.

Unfortunately, years of abandonment have damaged the internal structures and the roof of the building but the external walls have retained their strength, vigor and beauty. A conservative restoration of them is recommended.

The annex is easily recoverable with demolition and reconstruction (possible relocation).
