Torre Bormida, Piedmont 12050

In the municipality of Torre Bormida, close to the small town of Cortemilia and overlooking the valley of the river Bormida, a large traditional stone farmhouse in need of complete restoration set on a 20.000 sq meter plot of terraced land. The farm consists of an older part which needs to be completely rebuild and a better preserved part which was inhabited till fairly recently and consists of vualted cellars on its ground floor, a large living room with fireplace, three rooms, a bath and a kitchen on the first floor. The property from which one can enjoy pleasant views across the Bormida valley is easily accessed from the main provincial road.
