In the historic centre of Todi we sell a period building of approx. 1300M² with a private garden of 560m². The building was renovated in 2004-2006 (including the roof) creating 6 apartments of various sizes while the imposing rooms on the Noble floor are to be partially restored (protected by the Superintendence of Fine Arts). 

The building is spread over three floors (approximately 250m² per floor) in addition to the basement and the attic (usable but to be finished) composed as follows: 
On the ground floor we find the main entrance, a bright hall with a vaulted ceiling from which you access four beautiful rooms, also connected to each other, two of which have paintings on canvas in the ceilings and the others with exposed wooden beams; A small apartment with an independent entrance and the beautiful staircase in basalt stone that connects all the floors. 
On the main floor we find an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and panoramic terrace; An apartment with four large rooms with frescoed walls and paintings on canvas in the ceilings (partially to be restored) two bathrooms, kitchen and two balconies, one overlooking the street and one overlooking the garden and on the second floor we find three bright apartments of different sizes. High ceilings with exposed wooden beams, handmade terracotta floors, window frames in wood  with double glazing, shutters in wood, heating with radiators and fan-coils.  
In the basement/ground floor we find a series of cellars with vaulted ceilings, a large technical room and a loggia overlooking the garden. The basement and the garden are accessed both from the internal staircase and from a driveway directly from the street.
