This residence is an ancient residence in
stone dating back to 1700 with a beautiful view of Todi and the beautiful hills
located in the area of Todi.  The total square footage is 970 square meters, of which
about 810 square meters of floor space. The entire structure consists of an old farmhouse and
2 buildings, one of which is attached to the farmhouse, the other independent and a few
metres away, and is divided partly into a dwelling and partly into a
tourist-receptive. The whole is surrounded by about 18,000 square meters of land in
which is located in a large panoramic swimming pool (19 x 9 m) with diving board and ladder
with depths of 1.50 m and 3.00 m.
